Safety guard cab

I thought I’d share some pictures of this safety cab I got. I have everything painted and ready to go on and here the glass that folds up is a inch to narrow to let the panel close I guess they were only made for simplicity not allis hoods. So I don’t know what to do I can take my 4040 hood off and switch them or I can modify the panel and repaint it

I had to trim the flip up window in width and take out the dash tower cover that was on the on the flip up window and cut it out the allis hood is about an 1 1/2 wider at the dash I trimmed so much off I actually had to cut into the rubber seal of the year drop windows. Looking back I should have made a new flip up window and left the simplicity one stock and threw it on the shelf I hated the idea of hacking at it but it’s to late. I’m gonna have to weld in new metal and repaint that panel

I don’t know when it happens but u get older and bigger and still think your the same size and gonna fit with plenty of room but it’s pretty tight quarters in that cab might have to drop 30 lbs to let my 3 year old plow snow with me this winter

Its a beauty!  Youre a stronger man than i though, cutting on it.  But...it does work!

looks like the Saf T Gard cab uses the same mounts as the rollover structure Ive got.

Hello glad I got on this site. I hope to upload a couple of photos of my Simplicity Broadmoor
Model 707 Tractor. I have replaced all the belts on it and installed a new ignition switch.
Have a mower deck which was in poor shape , repaced a couple of bushings and welded the
deck where there was some holes. The tractor and mower deck came from a friend and the
mower deck metal was getting pretty thin. Some new metal was put in it and we also undercoated the underside of the deck. This was done by my friend Greg Toulman.
I have not put the mower deck on the tractor yet, waiting for Greg to come home and give me a hand. Can you please tell me if there is a manual for the mower deck and where I could get one.
I would also like to get some moon wheel discs as well.
I will try and down load some photos of the tractor when my wife shows me how to.
I really love driving this tractor and also how well it is made compare today's tractors, especially the flexible rear end and the rollers.
      Tell the next time
