I have a couple questions to ask.[1]my pto clutch is missing and I am wondering if there is anyway to make something that will work?[2]I am also missing the mower deck.Any info. would be appreciated thanks Hans

Did you check the "For Sale" section? There was a 9020 deck there today (#3233).

There are plenty of decks out there but they are pricey. Those things are built like a brick *&house.
