sunstar chattering when engaging snow thrower then found spring on floor

this is the spring  its either coming off pto  ,clutch or blower

I have one Sunstar with the 20 horse magnum and it has a spring something like that that puts tension on the belts that go from the pto clutch to the bottom pulleys.

any pics where it goes, part number, i see big spring from frame to pulley arm

no idea cant find it in parts manaul

Could be spring from electric clutch.

clutch springs are on there but is there a seperate spring that goes from clutch to pulley

i found the noise in blower bolt loose hitting metal  as for spring if its brakes never used them  

pto clutch is smooth
