It is missing the swath board and the metal rod, but I have NOS of each to copy and make for this.  The knives have been replaced at some point - the rivets are clearly hand beaten.  In overall good condition - it will be a good one to use.  I have a 2010 Landlord that I need to put together and hang this under.
