fishnwiz Posted April 28, 2019 Author Posted April 28, 2019 This thing looked SICK and real cool. I saw one displayed at the Jefferson car swap meet. Would LOVE to play with one for a summer.
MrSteele Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 Saw one at a local shop late last fall. Maybe not the same, but was on tracks. The shop foreman said he loved the thing. A local golf course had bought it, and it spent about the same amount of time on the course as in his shop. They had sold it, and had made several times over profit repairing the tracks 2
fishnwiz Posted April 29, 2019 Author Posted April 29, 2019 Looks like a lunar rover. Not familiar with the manufacturer but it looked to be pretty well engineered. ...but what do I know.?
720nut Posted April 29, 2019 Posted April 29, 2019 Straight lines I'd say great but ya tearup enough grass turning with a wheel machine, if your not careful , can't imagine the amount of damage when turning a track machine, repairs on yards become expensive very fast if you have a bad operator. Would think if it were a good deal everyone would be on the band wagon , just don't see it , at least for my business stand point. The mower it's self I've heard good about but no thank you I'll keep my E Mark's
tadams Posted April 29, 2019 Posted April 29, 2019 Have to agree with Lloyd it sure would make a big bare spot where you turned unless you made a very wide turn
MrSteele Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Took me a while to learn my Dixon. The art of turning while keeping both rear wheels rolling is sometimes difficult. My wife refuses to use it, but likes the Landlord enough to allow me to break the bank in a rebuild 2
Rfp55 Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 Can it come with a BLADE instead of mower? Then I'm in on it. 2
tadams Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 Someone does make a blade for the zero turn mowers, I don't remember who though
