First off, those 3 outside bolts have to come off, remove the PTO brake cover then see if it'll slide off.

Ok, I will give it a try and check back with update

I'm not sure those three bolts should come off.  If they are the spring loaded bolts, they are for the adjustment of the clutch.  The entire assembly should come off when the mounting plate is unbolted from the block I believe?

That is what I was thinking too.  It should slide off as an assembly

It should come off as an assembly.  Here's some pics and cross section dwg of what your dealing with:

I'd try some wood wedges behind the whole assembly.  Issue with that is, at least in my electric clutch, the rear bearing is only staked in, so it'll probably move and have to be re-staked.

I'm thinking if you use a puller pulling on the pulley, the pulley will get bent.

I just tried it again and it slid off as an assembly with some patience and PB Blaster.  Thank you all
