B110 Help needed

Recommended Posts

1950Allis

I hope I can post this here.  On this B110 I have here, is there anyone who is knowledgeable on this model or type that wouldn't mind coming out to our place and taking a look at it.  I am starting to think it has been cobbled together as I get one thing fixed then something else goes south or I discover by talking to you kind folks that I am missing parts that I had no clue about. My location is Mason MI.

Still in need of some help here on my B110. Tried a few people, had things set up but no one showed up. Had 2 people from another site who were just plain rude in just about every way.  Wanted to have it running to help with yard work prior to my sons open house/send off to the Navy on June 1st. Don't see it happening.

I only have one tractor - a 1968 B110 with the hydraulic lift - I completely tore it down and rebuilt and use it for a yard tractor and for my sickle bar mower on some ditch banks.  Just not close enough to drop by but would like to help.

If you could post some pictures of yours there might be some members that could see what you have - I have seen countless times that someone posts pictures and the experts comment on whats original and what has been replaced - if you had some specific questions it might help

I would start by getting a parts manual. That will help you identify what is original and what has been cobbled.  Your tractor is, what, 50 years old?  So there are bound to be substitutions and shortcuts.  We all hate most previous owners but you can overcome shortcuts by replacing them with the correct parts.

There is a cross reference table at: https://simpletractors.com/research/cross-reference/ac-to-simpliicity/ac_s_pg1/.

Your B110 is equivalent to a Simplicity 2110 Landlord.  There is a  CD with many manuals on ebay at https://www.ebay.com/itm/Simplicity-Lawn-Tractors-Service-Operators-Parts-Manuals/153461662339?hash=item23bb072283:g:NXoAAOSwicpac3R-.

I have that CD and use it often.

Hello glad I got on this site. I hope to upload a couple of photos of my Simplicity Broadmoor
Model 707 Tractor. I have replaced all the belts on it and installed a new ignition switch.
Have a mower deck which was in poor shape , repaced a couple of bushings and welded the
deck where there was some holes. The tractor and mower deck came from a friend and the
mower deck metal was getting pretty thin. Some new metal was put in it and we also undercoated the underside of the deck. This was done by my friend Greg Toulman.
I have not put the mower deck on the tractor yet, waiting for Greg to come home and give me a hand. Can you please tell me if there is a manual for the mower deck and where I could get one.
I would also like to get some moon wheel discs as well.
I will try and down load some photos of the tractor when my wife shows me how to.
I really love driving this tractor and also how well it is made compare today's tractors, especially the flexible rear end and the rollers.
      Tell the next time
      Paul
