Okay, enough with my Deeres; here's my other green machine

DA 1920 pulling my chipper-shredder trailer. Tractor has set for a bit, had to refill the carb with the fuel pump. Once it had fuel, fired right up and purred like a kitten.  . Not sure when I had the chipper fired up last. I use Stabil in all the small engines around the place, and shut them down by shutting off the fuel and hitting the choke just as it dies. This usually takes three pulls to start after sitting out a season. Remember, when pulling the starter rope on this you are also spinning the heavy flywheel with two blades and several hammers spinning.  Had some gas in it, topped it off with fresh gas. Turned the fuel on, waited a bit, pulled the cord.
ONCE!
Fired right up!
The whole rig is 14' 3" long. When full into the top box, the trailer has 1/2 cubic yard of chips.

Very nice rig.

You are correct that starting a chipper can be a bit tough on the shoulders. You seem to have yours dialed in.dOd
