b-10 won't start

Plunger holds points open for most of the engine revolution and then drops to allow points to close to build electrical charge. GENTLY try to rotate plunger with needle nose pliers to see if it is stuck in the up position. If you can see movement try lubing the plunger and working it up and down til it moves freely. You may have to remove points and remove and clean the plunger and it's bore.  Or; just go with the nova and eliminate the points.
