landlord2110 Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 Replacing ampmeter with volt meter on simplicity landlord 2110. I have the pushbutton starter. The new voltmeter has a positive & negative hookup. PhanDad Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 In the old amp meter, the current went through the meter. With a volt meter it does not. So on the "+" side of the volt meter you need to connect BOTH wires that went to the amp meter (so the current flows to/from the battery. The negative terminal of the volt meter is connected to ground. 3
