Generator Belt Guard

I have a Simplicity 5000W generator/alternator attachment, Mfg No. 1690588, with a missing belt guard, P/N 1667202. Does anyone else have one with the OEM belt guard? If so, could you provide the dimensions, as I would like to fabricate one like the OEM.

I believe the "box" is what you're looking for:

It's not available to measure ATM;  if no one else comes up with the dimensions, I'll get them for you next week.

Do you happen to have a copy of the owner's manual?  I've never been able to find one.

Bill,

Yes, I happen to have a copy of: 1) the Simplicity Operator's Manual, 2) the Simplicity Installation Instructions and 3) the Generac Owners Manual. FYI, Generac is the alternator manufacturer. Email your contact info to w.crusan@att.net and I will get you a copy of each.

@Bill725

The guard is basically a box with the main dimensions being 13-9/16" wide x 6-15/16" high x 3-1/8" deep.

Some pics:

And my attempt at a drawing showing all the dimensions and fold lines.  NOTE it's an "inside" view, meaning the folded metal comes toward you:

Let me know if I missed recording any dimensions.
