Within the past week I saw a post on here about 'woodie' Simplicity tractors, surprised me. Think it was a mid to later 60's landlord, 3112 or 3212. what the heck, if its running, buy it, you can't buy a push mower for 200 bucks..MPH

Sounds like a Simplicity Broadmoor.They had the woodgrain styled decals on the side and smaller tires.That would be the 727,728,or 738 model Broadmoor. Hope this helps, mowerman1193

There were also "square-hood" Landlords (and Sovereigns ??) with wood-grain. Someone sent me a rusted-out battery-side panel from a Landlord or Sovereign to "prove" it ... but I can't remember which model or who sent it... Dang CRS syndrome....

talked to bro's friend, its a model 728, 5 horus on new engine, new fuel filter, and gas line needs to be replaced(has replacement), battery needs charge...he said his dad will "proB' take 175... excited!!! brendonv

Hey guys, A while back i was talking to my brothers friend in collage how he was just given a simplicity from a family member. One night i was on the sight and remebered he had it. I asked him if he wants to sell, he said his dad will sell it to ME. He doesnt know the model, but he said it has a wood trim somewheres on it, and "smaller" back tires. they want $200 for it...it would come with a plow and mower deck. anybody know the model and if it is a good deal???? thanks alot, brendonv
