Wilbur643 Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 I have a chance to buy a revitalizer that works with my sov, it's in good shape and not a bad price. Looking for opinions on how well they really work.
Brettw Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 If the price is right (anything under $400 is a steal IMHO) I would buy it in a heartbeat. They work great. Be sure it's the version for the large frame tractors and not the Broadmoor series. They are great for thatching, overseeding, ground prep for new seeding or for loosening the soil for sod to lay on. I wouldn't think of selling mine, and we use it every year in the spring and fall.
Wilbur643 Posted June 29, 2019 Author Posted June 29, 2019 It belongs to the local Simplicity dealer used it on his 1995 sov. mine's a 1997. Looks okay said he would take $150.00.

That's the only issue with the revitalizes. The blades do wear and if they get too worn, they don't work as well as they should.
Chris727 Posted June 29, 2019 Posted June 29, 2019 The idler pulleys alone are almost worth that much. 1
