Lawn Medic tractor

I picked up a 310D tractor last summer to use as parts for my 310, but the tractor had been modified by "Lawn Medic" to include an under carriage aerator, a sprayer w/ stainless steel tank mounted behind the seat, and 3 grass seed bins behind the tank, with the drive belt coming off the left wheel. I have stripped much of the tractor down for restoration since I thought it was too good to part out. Have most items working including the electric lift, but running into rust problems on the seeder assembly. Are these tractors worth anything restored, or should I quit now with just the aerator and sprayer working? The seeder will need a lot of work and is something that I personally will not use. I was told the tractor was dependably used until early 90s and then sat parked in the shed since then. Engine runs strong and drive train seems ok at this time, just a lot of rust from the fertilizer and sprays. With the electric PTO this will probably become my snowblower tractor for winters, if you call it that, in St Louis and my mowing tractor - 310, will have a front blade installed. Mark
