Allis Chalmers EB PTO Seal

Hi there!
I have a question for my Allis Chalmers EB.
The PTO seal leaks and I cant order a seal (Because of Lockdown).
Can I make a seal out of inner tube or cork?
Any ideas? I'd appreciate some help / ideas.
I live in new Zealand.

@Valiant Farmer you may find better response from an Allis-Chalmers tractor forum as this site is dedicated to Simplicity and Allis-Chalmers lawn and garden tractors and related equipment. That said there are a few old tractor mechanics here so good luck.

You can make something from an innertube that will get you over the lockdown, maybe. Problem with it is that it would be a single lip seal and you need a double lip, one to keep foreign objects such as dirt from entering the gearbox, the other to keep oil inside the gearbox. Making one out of an innertube will suffice to keep foreign objects out, but you need the oil inside seal.

A good bearing distributor should be able to match up the seal by shaft diameter, seal outside diameter, seal thickness, and seal lip type.  It will take some looking but look at a catalog like National Seal:
