Bringing up an Old Tiller issue

I'm hooking up an older tiller to a b210. I have read the earlier posts (Kents) about this. However, my problem is that I dont have the belt release or bracket. Can someone send me a picture of this on their b series. I may need to fabricate one. Thanks Beamer

Beamer, Here is a pic and a link to my album with a whole lot more pic's of a old style 32" tiller mounted to my B-210. I am not sure which part you are refering to, the belt stop or the belt clutch/engaging lever. If you need more pic's let me know. I had to do the same changes that Kent did but my belt length was different from his, not sure why. I tried a few different lengths before I got one that worked the way that seemed right. I think I can still read the part number on the belt I used if you need it. Hope this helps, Rob[A href='http://www.photoloft.com/view/Album.asp?s=cano&u=1712402&a=1263823'][img src='http://image.photoloft.com/opx-bin/OpxFIDISA.dll?s=cano&src=/PhotoLoft/Asset19/2002/05/10/9428/9428375_0_0721.fpx,0,0,1,1,512,384,FFFFFF'][/a]

Wow! Just when I didnt think I was going to get a response a great one comes along. Nice looking B210. The brackets next to the 3" pulley are what I need. I shoud be able to fabricate one. Rob, the smaller bracket (the belt guide) Is it pretty much the length of the pulley or is it a little bigger or smaller? Do you remember the belt size, or the size of the smaller one? Thanks for your response. Beamer

Beamer, I'll try to snap a picture Sunday of the belt guide straight from the side. I think it is a little bigger than the pulley, maybe 3.5 inches. I'll also check on the belt size. The belt that goes to the tiller (the smaller one) is the same as listed in the belt guide on this site. It did not change with the B-210. The B-210 is longer than the tractor this 32" tiller should go on, hence the longer drive belt. I'll see what info I can find on Sunday. Rob

My HB212 came with a long rod that goes all the way to the PTO engagement lever. I have to remove the short rod used for the mower engagement. Is the above the normal or is this mine different because it is a hydro? Mike S.
