Hydraulic cylinder

The hydraulics on my B-12 slowly bleed down when I raise the front blade. I believe that the cylinder packing has started leaking back. Does anyone know if I can buy a rebuild kit or should i just bite the bullet and take it to a shop? Oh yeah who stocks the yellow and cream paint for a 1968 B-12?
