i got a great deal on a allis tiller off a 716 will this work on my b-10? it mounts up just fine but i'd like some input.

You would need an engagement lever assembly like on the 36" tillers from the 1969 - 1971 era. If its the tiller made for the 700 series, its made to be used with the cone clutch PTOs on those tractors. Without the lever assembly I mentioned, you will not be able to turn it off. It would have to be in the "on" position all the time. Not a good thing. You would also need a 4" drive pulley for the bevel gear box shaft too to drive it. Sam
