7117/7119 how can I tell what I got

Going to pick these up next weekend if things work out for 250$ was told the 410 has a rebuilt motor but has never seen it running the other looks like a 7117 or a 19 that he has cut grass with but hasn't used in a few years both were his grandfather which they had to put in a home

how can I tell what I got

IMO never good when a tin is pulled.  Also looks like a Sundstrand hydro pump sitting on the seat pan of the 711x.  It's been repainted.  Hopefully tractor has been shown love over the years.

Assuming there's no tag left on the KT, the only sure way would be to measure the stroke.  KT19 stroke is 5/16" greater (3.063" vs 2.750").  (Bore is the same - 3.125")

If the Simplicity MFG# tag is still there, you could tell what the original engine was.  But there's always the chance it's not the original engine.
