Welcome to the club.  And to being a "Hommie" owner.

Your Homelite is AC built vs @casinojim's Simplicity built.

The good news is, almost all of the "mechanicals" are the same, so acquiring mechanical parts usually isn't an issue.  The steering and front axle are the main mechanical differences.  Here's a pic of my early Homelite T-12 front axle:

And @Talntedmrgreen's late T-16:

Notice the mule drive differences.

The decks are unique to the AC built Homellites and the AC 300/400 tractors.  There are a few Simplicity right hand discharge decks that are similar, but I'm not sure of parts interchange.  Your deck is missing one of the leveling arms.  Here's what it should look like.

Your tractor's original Briggs engine had a S/G.  It appears the carb is missing?

There is not an all-in-one kit for the transmission gaskets. The axle/differential are Simplicity products and the hydrostatic pump was made by Vickers. It is a Vickers T-66. Someone was selling seal kits on eBay for the T-66. Individual gaskets and seals for the  rear axle/differential can be obtained through Simplicity if still current parts.  Additionally if the hydrostat pump is leaking it may need the housing bored and bushed for the pintle shaft.

AC built Homelite fuel tanks are unique; they have a molded in barb on the bottom outlet of the tank:

The original T-12 tank barb cracked and leaked.  If I remember correctly, I tried a Sovereign tank, but the fitting Simplicity uses at the bottom of the tank with the straight down barb couldn't be used - not enough vertical room to make the 90 deg turn.

The only AC built Homelite gas tank I could find was in a tractor junk yard; the outlet was fine, but the top seam was cracked.  Some "Seal All" has been holding for 10 tens so far:

I don’t remember how much I paid for the tank. It was over 10 years ago.
As to the tank straps, I used the old ones - they last a long time. I think the “rubber band” straps are  still available from Simplicity..  Not sure about the metal ones. You can place a want-ad in the classified forum to see if any are available.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
