Unofficial Home of Old Simplicity & Allis-Chalmers Garden Tractors

Recommended Posts

Almost done restoring this homelite t-16h I purchased a couple years ago, I still have some small things to finish such as: painting the starter/generator, wiring the headlights, needs a seat. But the main thing I need is a proper exhaust, does anyone on here have an exhaust that might work on this I could buy?

Thanks

Also does anyone know what the value of this tractor might be? It has all new wiring everything, frame up resto and repaint except for the transaxle, engine runs perfectly no smoke, transaxle is strong no issues, I have the mule drive for the front but no implements.

Great job!  It looks fantastic.  As far as value? I can't answer you on that.  Not as much as your labor and parts.  But that's not why we do full restorations.  Enjoy the fruits of your labor.  To properly repair your leaking pintle shaft, you'll need to remove it, have it line bored & bushed.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
