This is the reason I mow with a 50 year old 627, it just does it so well!

Yes, Steve, I think those 3 blade 30 and 36" decks are the absolute best as far as the cut.  All the traditional 3 blade left hand discharge Simplicity decks do an excellent job, in my opinion, but the smaller decks on the Small frames just flat out excel.

You won't find Deere or Cub involved anywhere in this picture.

Nice looking pattern.

However,  a little know bit of history is that Cub cadet did offer roller bars for the decks on their 3000 series garden tractors. Dont know if it was on all the decks of certain sizes standard, or if it was a optional "striping" kit which I have seen offered on the past.

Those cub decks stripe just like a Simplicity deck.....

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
