Dutch 4 Report post Posted May 26, 2002 I sold a few serrated grader blades to guys who bought them to replace their light duty Brinly rear blades and box blades. My neighbor was one of those guys. I was impressed with the blade mounted on the back of his Scott's tractor. However, he simply replaced the Brinly blade with the serrated blade using the entire Brinly hitch. I bought a Brinly rear blade. Then I fabricated a swivel/rotater to replace the Brinly part. My swivel/rotater permits the serrated blade to be rotated from the push to pull position. It also permits the blade to be flipped from rake to straight edge without removing any bolts. http://home.att.net/~herb.niewender/brinly-seq.jpg
Guest Report post Posted May 26, 2002 Good thinking Herb. Looks like a real timesaver. I bet it levels nice in the pull/serated position? Dougm
