I’ve just begun to fix her back up. Picked it up go $70. She needed a lot of work but she’s starting to get there I think.

Thank you for welcoming me. I’ve been lurking here for some time and broadening my knowledge. Thanks to everyone here. Here’s what I’ve done to get it where it is today.

Parts:

Carburetor

Fuel line

Shut off valve

Valve cover gasket

Fuel filter

Manifold intake

Air cleaner intake

Air cleaner cone

Gas tank bushing

Oil change

Oil filter

Spark plug

Battery

Governor throttle linkage

Choke lever

Orange Paint

The entire carburetor assembly was missing?

She’s running pretty good now. But I have a question. At times when I step off the forward peddle the mower comes to an abrupt stop and a clanging noise is heard. It has a hydro. Any ideas? I was thinking binding on some part of the linkage?
