Simplicity 7119 terminals

Trying to find out if the terminal block in 7119 is for power or grounding cannot find in any manual and can't start to test since most dash wires are still damaged from a hungry mouse thank you

The terminal board mounted on the right side of the tractor behind the dash is for providing power to accessories.   It can be seen in the lower left of the tractor wiring diagram:

What Bill said.  However, if you should have questions like this in the future, a continuity tester would answer that for you pretty quickly.  A good cheap investment if you don't have one.  Make sure in all cases of using it the battery is disconnected, but it can help you determine what is and isn't ground (or power) and which circuit goes where.  That tool has saved me much time and effort, in numerous situations.
