What do you mean?

Does the transmission not go into gear?

Does it grind going into gear?

Does your transmission shifter not move?

Is it the hi-lo range shifter that won't move?  It won't swing the pulley back and forth between the 2 belts?

Do you have the correct belts on it?

This is the problem. No matter how or what I adjust the duel range lever won’t move. I can’t get the cam lever to move past the gate finger.

Check all brake/clutch and hi/lo linkage parts are tight, not worn and in good working order. Follow the instructions under "Transmission Controls Adjustment" in the owner's manual. If you need a Simplicity reference use 7000 Series 6-speed, 7016-6 Mfg. No. 169203.

two key things:

- the clutch/brake must be fully depressed before it will shift.

- They shift very easily if everything is adjusted and lubed right. I've had to disassemble the idler pulley shift mechanism to get it cleaned up.

- What they said!
