Briggs engine complete

Digging thru things at my Fatherinlaws and came across a complete Briggs engine has starter gen, muffler

326431  0127-01  720741

 can anyone tell me what it is ?

 Spec engine for 3416 and a some 7016 tractors.

16HP single cylinder cast iron Briggs; this type was installed in the first 16HP Simplicity/Allis tractors starting with the 3416H in 1973.

In 1978, the gear starter model (326437) replaced it.

If we build one for the girls it will probably be a Cub chassis with Deere sheetmetal in honor of their Papa Joe, he was a big Deere fan
