Briggs Vanguard into 919

I have a friend that picked up a 16hp Vanguard with 4 hours on it for $600.  He wants to put it in a 919 that does not have an engine.   I know places like SEW make conversion kits for the 7100/900 series with a Vanguard engine, but do they sell just the kit (base plate, driveshaft adaptor, throttle cable) without the engine.  Or is there someplace or someone else to get the driveshaft adaptor and base plate?
