Viva-la-B-110 Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Hey guys, today I got my latest addition... a tiller for my B-110 that another member here, PaulK, was good enough to sell me and assist in the shipping of. The tiller is for a 300 series tractor. I have everything put the PTO drive pulley that does on the bevel gear box. I understand this tiller and setup took a 92 inch belt. My question is, given all that, what size pulley should I get for the BGB to make things work properly. Thanks! Quote

I should have said I have everything *but* the PTO drive pully that *goes* on the bevel gear box shaft... Quote
PhanDad Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Assuming it's a 36" tiller with the two idler idler setup (vs older 2 diameter "idler" setup) the pulley is Simplicity part# 164202 - 5" OD with a 7/8" dia bore (part #23 in IPL below). From the B Series Attachment Manual: My Homelite T-12 setup calls for 2 belt stops vs 1 as shown in the above IPL: 2 Quote

GregB Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Bill beat me to it. here is a link to the install manual on a 300-400. the bore might be different on the early BGB cross shaft though. Quote
PhanDad Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Just now, GregB said: the bore might be different on the early BGB cross shaft though. The early BGB cross shaft had a 7/8" diameter shaft on the "PTO" side - the tranny side was 3/4". And the diameter of the shaft where the bevel gear is located is 20mm. Definitely a weird shaft. hurleyii Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 I think I have a drive pulley for a 32” tiller. Quote
