I’ve had this rear lift assembly for quite a while now and went to install it before and as I’m sure some of you remember I got sent the wrong cable. They never ended up finding the correct cable, but thanks to @Chris727 finding one in his stash I was finally able to install the assembly. In total it probably took around 10-15 minutes to install everything which was better than I anticipated. While it was out I gave it a nice shine-up as well, doesn’t clean up half bad..

I think it was @Bill725 who posted where those factory cables were sourced. I laid-in couple of NOS a few years back when they started becoming harder to find. That 900 series look is hard to beat imo. Just wish they were easier for me to get on and off.
