Allis Chalmers 710 garden tractor front wheel spindle size

Hello from Canada I am building a pulling tractor with my 6yr old grandson and would like to install a set of 3 rib front tires on the machine and am looking at wheel fit does anyone happen to know the diameter of the front spindles?

Axle diameter is 3/4”. @MikeES has had good success with pulling with these tractors. Welcome to the Site. We’d love to see pictures of your build as it progresses.

As promised here are a few more pictures of the progress new carburetor, fuel pump, solenoid and completely re-wired just waiting on new ignition switch

Hopefully you will be able to pull in a true "stock" class. If not you'll probably need to swap a 16 hp in and give it some performance upgrades.

Thanks for the heads up on the parts supplier hopefully the grandson can run a stock class but I don’t know yet

Found out that Chinese carb choke shaft was backwards compared to original (choke cable comes from bottom on this model) so I had to grind off choke shaft plate from original carb and also Chinese carb then had to fit original plate onto Chinese shaft I then welded it into place and now it works like the original another hurdle overcome in the rebuild process

Good you were able to make it work. That is a very common issue with those carbs.
