OK... Never mind... I looked and it seems they are as common as dirt.🙄

Long story short....  The rubber grommet/fuel outlet on my 7119 is hard and cracked and of course leaking.

Has anyone used some sort of a metal bulkhead fitting to replace the rubber grommet assembly?  If so, what did you use and where did you purchase it?

Thanks!

Ken

If you can get a new rubber assembly I believe you will be just fine.  The original lasted a about 40 years. 🙂

I'm a Stens dealer and we have them. Just ordered some as part of my Spring order.

Turns out these grommets are common as dirt.  My local parts store had on in what they call Prime Line.

I got one and after putting it in the tank it split.  It seemed like the rubber was very hard.  Took it back and got a new one and the rubber was softer.  That one installed with no issue so should be good to go.

Thanks for the tips!!
