Anyone using LED replacements for #1293 headlight bulbs?

In my 716H (late style, with the rectangular lenses above the grille) I'd like to replace the OEM bulbs (which are #1293 according to the manual, I think) with LEDs.

Is anyone running LEDs that have worked out well and lasted?

I have replaced the original headlight bulbs in both of my Sovereigns and Legacy XL with LEDs. The only thing is LEDs are current directional, meaning they will only light up installed in one direction. If one does not work, turn it around.
