Viva-la-B-110 Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I don’t know if the situation calls for prayers exactly…. But maybe send some good vibes this way. I started this project on October 7th last year and am now beginning the reassembly process. There’s still a lot that could go wrong but the light is bright at the end of the tunnel. My fear is I get it all back together and then something unforeseen doesn’t operate correctly and I have to tear it down again. Fingers crossed for me 7 Quote

Viva-la-B-110 Posted March 2 Author Posted March 2 what I got done today. The only issue I ran across was the new brake band material is awful tight. The gears are nearly impossible to turn by hand. I’m assuming when it has actual engine power behind it it’ll be fine and wear in. 5 Quote
GWGAllisfan Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Make sure you didn't make the mistake I did and have the bolts holding the brake band dragging on the brake drum. I was so mad at myself when I realized that was what I did. 2 Quote
