Hey Maynard, If my onan ever blows up, I could hang it on the 3ph and tie it into the pto to power the tractor, no?

If you guys try transplanting a flywheeler -- make sure it is a Simplicity engine. Unless I'm mistaken those Simplicity flywheel engines were made by the predecessor of the current Simplicity name. I think they were made by the "Turner" Simplicity company that Mr. Niewender worked for, which also made farm tractors. When that business went under, Mr Niewender obtained rights to the Simplicity name, and began making automotive machine tools, then in the 1930's expanded to garden tractors... The script Simplicity logo on the flywheel engines looks very much like the logo used on the old walking tractors.... The foot-draggin' Clubhouse Custodian...
