new acquisition and B-112 questions

Greetings, Nice to find such an informative site. I just acquired an AC B-112 with plans to "functionally restore" it for my grandfather. She's a great little machine, but a little rough. I've been around farm equipment all of my life (the big stuff) but this is my first foray into compacts. Have a couple of questions that I haven't been able to answer myself satisfactorily via the website (due to high-tech incompetence, no doubt). 1) Haven't found a manufacturer's #, but the serial # is 020071. Is that a '68, '69, or what? And does it matter? 2) Downloaded an operator's manual for the Simplicity 494-3112 which seems nearly identical. Also checked the site x-references, but am still not 100% sure about the proper belts to order. The drive belt is not great, and I also need a pto belt and a drive belt for (I think?) a 42 inch deck. Any B-112 owners out there who have the current order numbers for oem and green belts handy, (and/or) along with their actual sizes? 3) Last of the dumb questions....the old girl has been re-painted a not-too-great orange. I will probably do a wiz-bang job on her sometime in the future, but for now was planning on light sanding, arresting the surface rust, and hitting it with primer piece by piece as I remove different sections during mechanical work. I'd like to get close to the proper yellow, but right now don't want to spend the $$$ for a special mix and auto-style quality. Figured to do a careful job with off-the-shelf stuff for now. Does anyone have a current number for a yellow that's "close enough" from krylon or some other outfit that's readily available? I'm about half color- blind and don't trust myself to match on the shelf <G>. I've been wading through the site and have already gleaned quite a bit of knowledge from the folks here.....it's a real lifesaver for us neophytes. Hopefully I can contribute some tidbits of knowledge someday too (in about three decades maybe). Thanks folks, Bob "Stumpy" Hazelbrook
