I was riding my little girl on my 68 A-C B210 today and everthing was fine.I went to put it back on the carport and thats when something happened. It started fine but when I put it in gear it did nothing in any of the gears. It ground when I put it in gear.I let out on the clutch and it didnt move.First gear was the only gear it would move in and it didnt want to pull either.Do you think it could be the variable speed?I dont know where to start.Help me out please,Matthew

Try removing the plug at the top of the tranny and looking inside. You should be able to see the shifting stem. I had one break off and the first thing I noticed was that it seemed to shift super easy but wouldn't go into any gear. The broken part wound up between the case and final drive gear. Fortunately it didn't jam in there or break any gear teeth.
