Hi everyone! I have a 1965 101 alice chalmers landlord. I am in a bit of a pickle here, See I have been using this beast to do some fairly large excavating. Post dozer work. Any how I was pushing dirt around when all of a sudden I heard 2 clicks and I was D.I.W. (engine is still running) I looked around to see what may have fallen off. When I noticed after lifting up the seat on the differential side of the tranny. I have a busted, ripped, torn or what ever you want to call it axle and tranny howsing! (A PICKLE) SOOoooooo Does any one have one of these groups, that will work on this OLD DOWG? Thanks

Jef, The 101 Landlord is a Simplicity, not an A-C machine. I'm guessing that yours looks like this...... ........ and you want something like this. To answer your question in a word, YES! These things are still around. This is a complete tranny from an early Landlord, about mid 60's or so. My original tranny had been repaired long before either I or the owner before me ever got the tractor. Take a look at this repair. For an in-depth look at the tranny, go here.... http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7497

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁

It's in pretty sad shape, but yes I have a yellow plastic cap that I'm fairly certain is what you need. PM me your details and I'll get it out to you.
