Alternate serial number

Does anyone know where the serial number is on an AC 716H. I found one on the center column between the driver and the steering wheel, i'm looking for a place for an alternate. I can't seem to read the number on the plate (or sticker). The previous owner painted this frame black and would love to know if there is an alternate number maybe stamped into the frame. My 716 had a plate on the frame just forward of the fenders in the center. Mine is gone too. Rod H.
