Simplicity 17 GTH-L ... fair price?

I found a nice Simplicity tractor for sale - 17 hpo twin cyl., 48" mower, Hydro, seems to be in good shape. Not sure of the year but seems to be after 1985. Any idea what it might be worth? If I get them down to $800 is that a fair price?

A 'fair' price is wharever YOU feel is fair,not someone else! BTW around $800 for that machine is a screaming steal'in my opinion!' dlc
