7119 part #

Hey guys i picked up a 7119 today at a local auction and it needs a new solenoid i believe because all it does not is click when you turn the key,so if anyone has the part number or what i need to know i can go to my mower shop and get one let me know also does anyone have a tiller manual to see if i have the right hardware..mike

Mike, If it does not click there is a good chance it is not the solenoid. It is more commonly either: The grass in behind the battery has stayed damp and the terminal on the circuit breaker is eaten off by electrolysis. One of the safety switches is not working. Check the neutral and pto neutral switches. If this is not it, yell. Good luck, Al Eden

Hi the saftey switch under the solenid with two wires out of it looks rusted could that be it?In the morning im going to buy a new battery and see what it is could that fix it?

Mike, The 7119 is a nice unit! My dad had one and I wish I'd gotten it before he traded it off. Did you get a good deal? Can you post a pic?8D

Hey guys im gonna try to get a pic up of it i think i got a good deal also i got a grader blade like what ducth made with it im going to i th ik modify to fir the back of the 7119 if i dont sell or trade it off...mike
