ground clearance?

I have the snow blower hitched up to my 312. I overcame some problems in the lift arm assembly so now I can develop those popeye muscles in my left arm :) Seems like there isn't much ground clearance down there, is that normal? Also I'm having trouble with searching the archived posts so, does anybody have the belt size for the blower itself? The pto belt is the same as the mower deck.

Thanks Steve

Steve, I searched the archives for you, and all I can find is a reference to a 416 snowblower belt.

The part # is 1713549 at your simplicity dealer, or it is 70.1 inch long...
You might want to start there -- just make sure you can return it if it doesn't fit...
