Guest Posted September 26, 1999 I've not tried them but they appear to be like those made by Kelly, BushHog and others, and are made for compact tractors which have real castings to be attached to. The Sovereign doesn't have a ROPS ,weighs only 725lbs and is only 37" wide. Can anyone think of any mid mounted attachment for this tractor? (the mower attaches to the front axle). Since the Legacy already has a loader from the factory, that would still be the best choice. There is however a company that makes small loaders for MTD built garden tractors, (I seem to have a mental block for their name and they don't have a website). I called them, but they don't offer a model for Simplicity or its clones. :( The Koyker would probably be to big for any Simplicity garden tractor. Guest Posted September 26, 1999 Did I mention you're going to want power steering with all that weight on the front? Later, Joe
Kent 435 Posted September 26, 1999 I stumbled across these folks. They have an aftermarket loader rated for 14-25 HP tractors. Since loaders are so desirable, I was wondering if this might be an alternate source. Not sure if it would fit or work. Other than them, only CADPlans (that I'm aware of) offers a small loader that might fit Sovereign/Legacy class machines...[A href='http://sdibi.northern.edu/koyker/']http://sdibi.northern.edu/koyker/[/a]
