Looks like a snowplow hitch for a 300 or 400 Ser.AC as they used tall ears in the back to mount attachments to the trac.If the tag in pic#2 says"Outdoor Products "that's what it is!Also they painted their attachments white/cream color like it looks like that is or was!It's probably Lexington,KY made stuff in the early 70's! dlc
