Stuck clutch on David Bradley

LBS

Recommended Posts

I parked my David Bradley the shed a couple of months ago and today I went to start it and the clutch is stuck together. I hammered[:0] on it and heated it with a torch and I cant get it apart. Is there any kind of spray stuff that will loosen it? I don't want to ruin the clutch pads. I also tried loosening the setscrew on the outer plate and turning it with a pipe wrench like you would to adjust it but it wont budge. It is not stuck to the pulley, just the to the outer plates.

I was thinking of something different. Never set up like that. Don't look complictaed, tho. Also inner plate or pulley will be independent because of the bearing.
