New Holland Skid Steer

About four months ago I bought a New Holland L-35 Skid Steer that needed a lot of hydraulic work. I am going to use it to fill in my very low, unusable in it's present condition backyard. I got it all going after rebuilding both drive pumps and motors, but I only have one problem left to solve. The left control lever for the left wheel drive will not return to it's neutral position from going to the rear, it will return to neutral by going forward on that side. I have switched from one side to the other the centering spring and it makes no difference. I am going to take apart the Proportional Divider Valve and inspect it. I also was thinking of switching the steering servo cylinders from one side to the other to eliminate that as a cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Todd Martin
