Well I know this topic has been brought up a few times but Does anyone know of any new or even good Salvage yards... That has a good selection of simplicity stuff????? I went down the list yesterday of Salvage yard on the site it seems a little out dated... Lawn mower boneyards emails came back as undeliverable.. Mike's small engine isn't Mike's no more and the gentleman said they didn't have salvage anymore That's just 2 of the one's I checked....

Check the place in wayland, Michigan. Can`t remember the name but they are listed in the other site. They had quite a bit of stuff the last time I was there. Ray

That picture looks more like some dealers back lots that I have seen rather than a salvage yard. My wife says I have a junk yard and I only have 4 parts tractors and a few handmowers. I would love to fix them all up but as usual I have not found the time in the day. Most people thing that just because you fix lawnmowers you want all their "junk". Funny thing is we really do!!

Speaking of junk yards.....I had to rent an old corn cribb out of town to store my treasures! Didn't think the neighbors appreciated all the blue tarps in my yard covering my excess tractors that I have no room for in the garage!!

I built a 6 foot privacy fence around my entire back yard. Now they have nothing to complain about unless they are snooping where they shouldn't be.

All my sources are limited now. One guy "Crazy Gene" in Hilsboro MO, had had lots of small frame allis/simplicity/homelite parts, and numerous JD parts. Now the EPA and the county are shutting him down because of planning and zoning! Another place I went to was a Simplicity dealer in Illinois who was recently got a new owner who wanted all the junk gone. I was too late, turned out they had a big sale, missed out on a 700 w/tiller, a late B-10 with a forklift, another b-series forklift, b207, homesteader8, 728 broadmoor, they also had several 700,800 series allis in their junk, but I heard they were overpirced on the stuff. I've heard of a lawn mower junkyard in Poplar Bluff MO, but I don't know the name of it. -Chris

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
