Last week for the ad, picked up a free Serf 525 not runing, a free Noma 4 wheel steer job( what a engineering wonder-Junk Deluxe!) has a variety of problems but also has a Vanguard vertical twin for parts. Runs butr smokes. And we did get one Jackpot piece, a Wheel Horse Electro 12 Hydrostatic drive. Engine is in parts but it has a electric clutch, good deck, 4 wheel Horse hub caps, hydraulic lift, good seat backrest. Alot of $$$ in parts there. It cost me $100 though. Doing pretty good this spring, good enopugh to run the ad another 4 weeks I think.:D

My ad has run 3 weeks now. Only got 2 calls this week. I ended up buying a 1050 bolens with a deck and a snowblower. The tractor runs well but the deck is a little beat, and the snowblower needs some attention. The guy said he had just put 125.00 into the charging system. He wanted 200.00 for it so I brought another project home. I'll see what the last week brings and see if I'll run it longer. Good hunting!!!

Art, These caps are not that great. They have lots of specles of rust on them. I'll probably end up trading them to a guy I know for a set of Simplicity flat wheel weights. The late sixties early 70's long frames are good property. Even battered ones can be parted out for nearly $400, and I even occasionally get to rob a few things I need from them in the process.

I can't believe all the freebies you guy's get! Most everyone around here wants big$$$$ for their stuff. There are a few deals to be had,but I turn down more than I take.
