Ingersoll- Case 110 ?

A friend of mine asked me to look at a tractor his Grandmother had today. I found an Ingersoll- Case Model 110 with a 10 horse Briggs and what appears to be a vari-drive trans. Has a rebuilt cutting deck and a lawn sweeper too. Anyone know anything about these value wise? I've never seen one in my area and don't know if there is any collector value or not. Looks kinda cheap to me but you how it goes, "one mans trash..."
