Rare Find?

I found a Minneapolis Moline 110 at garage sale. The guy did not know what is was worth so he had it hid in the back. I offered $150.00 his responce "Its an antique it must be worth more than that". Well not to me with out any idea if it runs or drives. Not really something I would want to restore. I would not want to part it out but rather sell it to a collecter if I were to aquire it. Do any of my fellow club members have any info?

Condition is everyting when it comes to collectibles -- for example, the box a toy Ertl tractor comes in may be more valuable than the toy.... I've seen restored MMs sell for around $2000. As far as I know the only 4-wheel garden tractor that is more of a "find" is an Oliver -- also made by Jacobsen and painted green.... That's about the sum of my knowledge on them.

I have found some information about this machine. First.... the 110 was probably the most popular of the garden tractors. Second.... It was made by Jacobsen. We know about Jacobsen parts few around and very expensive. I'll make a $250.00 offer and see where that gets me.
